YOGA FITNESS
Yoga Fitness is not your traditional yoga class! Yoga fitness is based on a Vinyasa flow style class. This style of yoga links breath and movement through a nimble sequence of Sun Salutations and traditional yoga postures. This class aims to tone muscles, strengthen the core, and build a healthy sweat, all while staying completely calm. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga fitness is best if you are already somewhat active.
